K	Kota Yoshizaki (gdas) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ houzz でレビュー評価が良かっただけで偶然選んだ会社でしたが、他人にぜひおすすめしたい素晴らしい会社でした。以下、項目に分けてレビューを書きます。【費用】３社（ハウスメーカーの紹介、知人の紹介、グランさん）で相見積しましたが、圧倒的に安かったです。グランさんの見積を他社に見せると「これはうちでは出来ない」と言われました。コミュニケーションも含め考えるとコスパは高そうだと感じました。【コミュニケーション】打ち合わせを２回実施していただきました。意見をよく聞いてくださり、１言えば１０伝わるといったぐらい意図をよく汲み取った上で、さらにこちらが気に入るであろう提案（費用面・デザイン面）をしてくれました。工事開始以降はメールでやり取りしましたが、返信は早く、効率よくやり取り出来ました。また、適度に雑談も交えてくださり、良い雰囲気の中コミュニケーション出来ました。柔和な方だと思います。【出来栄え】満足です。打ち合わせ時のパース（≒デザイン）と比較して差異なく、イメージ通りの外構に仕上がりました。乱石貼りは趣向を凝らしてくれましたし、仕様の公開されていない吹上の塗装もメーカー問い合わせの上同色を再現してくれました。 It was a company I chose by chance just because it had a good review rating on houzz, but it was a wonderful company that I would definitely recommend to others. 森	森村裕司 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年3月に自宅を新築し、自宅周りは学生時代の先輩でもあるグラン社長に依頼しました。特にこだわりが無かった私どもでしたが、打合せ時に「庭もリビングと一体で考えるといいよ」と丁寧にプランを提案してくださったおかげで期待に胸が膨らみ完成が待ち遠しいと思うようになりました。何度も現場に足を運んでいただき、現場職人さんと打合せしていただいたことで安心できました。朝起きると、見晴らしのいいウッドデッキの庭に出て、伸びや深呼吸をして一日を始めています。無精な人間なので積極的に庭で何かをするということは少ないですが、日中はブラインドを開けて風に揺らめいた庭に植えた木々を眺めたりしています。何もしないことも贅沢な時間だと思っています。素敵な庭をありがとうございました。 I built a new home in March 2021 and asked President Gran, who was also a senior student when I was a student, to work around my home. h	hiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「どこの外構業者にお願いしようか…」新築に際してずっと悩んでいました。インターネットで検索しつつ、出かける度に街並みを眺めては素敵な外構を探し続ける。いくつかの業者にプランと見積もりを依頼しましたが、決め手に欠く…そんな折、近所で素敵だなと思った外構をインターネット上で見つけました。それがグランとの出会いでした。事務所に行くと建物も部屋の雰囲気も素敵で、こだわりに共感。直感で「良さそうだね」と夫婦で話していました。谷さんは物腰も柔らかでとても相談しやすく、丁寧なヒアリングの中でおすすめしないことはきっちりと説明して進言してくれました。他の業者で渋られた要望がいくつかあったのですが「大丈夫ですよ」と二つ返事でO.K.。具体的に考えて「こんな感じでいけますよ」と示してくれるのでとても安心感がありました。急で無茶なお願いをしたこともありましたが、親身になって応えてくださいました。仕上がりはとても素敵で、私たちのイメージ以上の出来栄えです。帰宅するたび眺めては嬉しくなります。狭い敷地でできることも限られているのではと諦めかけたこともありましたが、グランと出会い、谷さんが妥協せずに付き合ってくださったことにとても感謝しています。顧客の「かっこいい外構にしたいなぁ」をグランは実現してくれます。 "Which outside contractor should I ask ..."
