話しやすい営業さんでした。営業さんなのでトークは上手いでしょうからもしや、、もっと高く買い取りできたのか？と思ったり思わなかったり。でも、結果、ビッグモーターさんでお願いしましたよ！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買取査定で訪問しました。他の方も仰っているように査定額を何度聞いても「いくらなら買い取らせてくれるか？」を繰り返すのみ。
更に驚いたのが買取契約が成立した後で損傷箇所が発覚した場合には買取価格を減額するというのです。
店頭に来店してその場で査定していただき、契約したらその場で手離すとしてもこのルールは適用されるそうです。
床下など私達の預かり知らない箇所に損傷があったと言われたら(本当に損傷箇所があるのかどうかは別として)減額されるそうです。
それでは何のために店頭で店員さんに査定してもらったのか意味がわかりません。
しかし真の目的は別にあってこのルールに対する免責オプションがあり買取金額に応じて金額は変化しますが、私の場合は5万円を支払えば免責にできると言うのです。
つまり後から損傷が見つかったら減額しますと不安を煽っておいて、この免責オプションに加入させる事により実質的な買取額を抑えるのが真の目的なのです。
法に触れるような事ではないのかも知れませんが、極めてインチキ臭いアンフェアな手口だなと思いました。
これから査定を考えている方はご注意ください。

What was even more surprising was that the purchase price would be reduced if a damaged part was discovered after the purchase contract was concluded.
It seems that this rule will be applied even if you come to the store and make an assessment on the spot, and if you sign a contract, you can let go of it on the spot.
If it is said that there is damage in a place we do not know, such as under the floor, the amount will be reduced (whether or not there is a real damage).
Then, I don't understand why the clerk assessed it at the store.
However, the true purpose is different, and there is an exemption option for this rule, and the amount changes depending on the purchase amount, but in my case, I can exempt from liability if I pay 50,000 yen.
In other words, the real purpose is to reduce the actual purchase price by subscribing to this exemption option, with anxiety that the amount will be reduced if damage is found later.
It may not be a matter of touching the law, but I thought it was an unfair technique with an extremely fake smell.
Please be careful if you are considering an assessment.

無料査定依頼のためきていただきましたが、やったことといえば、
エンジンをかける、外観を目視、事故歴、車検証の確認。それだけです。
他の査定店では塗装の測定？等詳しくやっていただいただけに、後から「ここの塗装が〜」等文句をつけられる可能性が不安になりました。
その後何をしたかと思えば査定価格を出さない、売ることを決めないと話ができない等、
同じ話を3回くらいずっとされました。
金額も出さずに売ることを強いるのに無料査定と謳うとは、世間一般で言う査定とは異なる社内見解をお持ちの会社のようです。
それ以外にも車について金持ちの道楽ですね、ボンボンですね、等こちらへの侮辱ともとれる言葉をいただき、こんな形で1時間も時間を取られて大変不愉快でした。
一旦なんとかお帰りいただいて、翌日かかってきた電話でお断りする際もこちらを終始馬鹿にしたような口調でした。
本当におすすめしません。

It seems that a company that has a different internal view from the general valuation to say that it is a free valuation to force it to sell without paying a price.
Besides that, I received words that could be taken as an insult to this, such as rich hobby, bonbon, etc. about the car, and it was very unpleasant to take an hour in this way.
Even when I managed to get home and declined the phone call the next day, it was a ridiculous tone from beginning to end.
I really don't recommend it.
