希望の車を指定した状態での問い合わせですが、車に詳しくないのでいろいろ提案してもらおうかな〜と考えながら案内当日。
中島さんという方よりご案内いただきました。
清潔感あり腰が低く丁寧で真面目そうな方。細かい数字なども気になる私にとっては相性は良さそう。
若く見えるけど役職はチーフなので、ちゃんとはしてるだろうと予測。
最初から車の案内されたら最悪だななんて考えてましたが、購入を検討している動機や利用シーンなど自然にヒアリングに移行。
質問が尋問みたいになる営業もたまにいますが、中島さんは特にそのような違和感はなくスムーズに会話出来ました。
私が知識がないことを伝えると、知っておくべきことなど細かく教えていただいたり、並んでいる車のご案内をいただく際も、私の希望条件や生活に合わせたオススメ順もご提案いただいたので非常に検討しやすかったです。
即決するつもりはありませんでしたが、検索サイトでも希望の装備が揃った同レベル同価格のものが他に見つからなかったので、とられたくないために即決してしまいました。
営業としての誠実なスタンスと、ほど良いコミット力も素晴らしいと思いました。

From the beginning, I thought it would be the worst if I was guided by a car, but I naturally moved to hearing about the motives and usage scenes I was considering purchasing.
There are some sales people who ask questions like interrogation, but Mr. Nakajima was able to have a smooth conversation without any particular discomfort.
When I told them that I didn't have any knowledge, they told me in detail what I needed to know, and when I was guided to the cars lined up, they suggested the recommended order according to my desired conditions and life. It was very easy to consider.
I didn't intend to make a prompt decision, but I couldn't find another one with the same level of equipment and the same price on the search site, so I didn't want to be taken, so I decided to do it immediately.

とても丁寧なご対応をしていただきました。
当方の経験上ですが、車の取引に詳しいからと上から目線でお話をされる業者様や、一方的に話を進められる方が少なくともいました。
今回はそういう感じは全くなく、とても誠実な対応だと感じました。
欲しいと思っていた車に関して、中島さんにとても詳しくご教示いただいて助かりました。
また、まだ利用していませんが、保証の内容が中古車屋さんでそこまで付けて大丈夫なの？というほどしっかりした内容でした。
販売する車に自信があるからこそ出来ることだと感じます。
