★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当然、車で来訪することが多いのですが、すぐにサービスの方、営業の方が気づき誘導してもらえます。挨拶も丁寧かつタイミング良く、気持ち良いです。
余分なオプションや部品交換などを言われることなく、不具合と思われる点を真摯に聞いて頂いています。
正月は箱根駅伝コース(往路)沿いで全国放送されますね。
実家で中継を見る時には「この店で車をみてもらっている」と紹介しています。
Of course, we often visit by car, but the service and sales staff will immediately notice and guide us. The greetings are polite and timely, and it feels good.
We ask you to listen sincerely to what seems to be a problem without being told about extra options or parts replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても親切なお店です。日頃のお付き合いはないのですが、急遽、故障が発生したための立ち寄りだったのにも関わらず、軽い点検と今までの経験で得た知識から「恐らくこの状態になっているのでは…」と考えられる原因を提示していただいた上で、不便ではあるが運転に差し支えない状態であることを丁寧に説明いただいたことで、安心して帰路に着くことができました。車は修理・点検はつきものですから、こういった経験豊富なサービスマンがいらっしゃるのは、やり手の営業マンがいることよりも、お店を選ぶ上で大事な要素だと思いますので、その点でいくならこちらは、安心のできる店舗ではと思います。
