査定から期間をあけてからの引渡であったのに、無料査定時から差があまりない対応を頂き助かりました。

この度、急遽車を手放すことになったのですが、私が乗っていた車は走行距離10万キロ以上、フロント部に擦り傷有りととてもお金になるような車ではありませんでした。
最初の査定では希望額に届きませんでした。実は私自信その時点でお金にしてもらえるだけで有難いと思っておりましたので了承するつもりでした。しかしスタッフの方に、ご希望に添いたいと申し出て頂きましたので相談の末なんとか希望額にしていただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日、お伺いさせて頂きました。本来であれば暗黙のNGにも関わらず、他社での買取金額及び断ったにも関わらず他社様の名前を聞き出されました。
伝えた結果、査定(買取業者専用)で調べた後にその金額はあり得ないと態度を翻した様な店員さんの態度、他社様の提示金額は間違えているなどと捲し立てられました。
他社がどうか聞いたのはビッグモーターさんであって、私に対して強く当たってどうするのかと、、、
器が小さく傲慢な店員さんの態度が会社に不利益を生じる事を理解した方がいいですね、、
私個人としては二度と行きません。
前の担当者さんは良かったのですけどね、
