★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客と技術は人によるが去年11月にタイヤ交換してもらった時の店員の態度と技術は最低です
帰りに違和感を感じて家で整備不良を発見して自分で整備し直しました
多分、その店員は素人の私よりも技術は低いと思います
整備の基礎中の基礎が出来てなかったのですからね
2020年追記：あれから何度か利用して再度、星を付けるなら１ですね
三流以下です

とても優しいスタッフの方で、良い対応していただきました。

車で自転車持って行ったら「降ろして下さい」との事。
サービスもなっていない。
終いには1000円と小銭を出そうとしたらすぐレジを叩き小銭を出そうとしたらまた嫌な顔。
老舗とネットで見て行ったのに新年早々最悪な店でした。
二度と行きません星０。

スポークの交換に行くも、１ヶ月連絡もなく電話をしたら対応した者は辞めました、と。
引き継ぎという単語は存在しないようだ。。
そして交換したスポークも二ヶ月でまた折れ始める。
部品の入荷が4ヶ月先、と言われメーカーに持って行ったら4日で届くと。
更に四カ所のパーツ交換料金が、メーカーでは更に徹底的に悪いとこを直して貰う見積りで上回る。
一概に比べるものでもないとはわかっていても、これは…。
メーカーさんと『純正じゃなくても互換性あるのもあるよ』『ですよねぇ』という会話をするはめに。
買った店を贔屓にしたいのに、この対応じゃ難しい。

長町店のダイシャリンとは品揃えも接客も大違い。
電動アシスト付き自転車が7万円台で買えるのは素晴らしい。
バッテリーや表示の見方についても詳しく教えていただけて良いものが買えました。

複数人居ますが、別の人は若干横柄な態度です。事前に電話をしていてその時は丁寧に感じましたが、いざ行ってみるとガッカリしました。
長町の大車輪のほうが良かったです。
