納車も予定より2週間遅れました。その際も少しお時間下さいの連絡もありませんでした。
必ずパーツや納車時期の事はこっちから伺わないといけない。
担当者に電話しても折り返しが来ないことがほとんど。
納車してからいくつか不具合があったので担当者に聞いたところ代車がないから今は無理ですって。
納車から１ヶ月になりますか。
まだ直っていません。
連絡を待つことも、それが原因で嫁とケンカになる事ももう疲れました。
頼んでいたパーツも届きません。
いつ届くのかもわかりません。
とにかく書ききれないぐらいひどいです。
こんな店が4.7の評価？
無理矢理契約を取ろうとしてるあの感じを見て踏みとどまればよかったかな。
自分も悪かったので星1です。
