車検までに購入を済ませたかったのですが、店長さんが対応してくれてめちゃめちゃ対応が早かったです。
おかげで期日までに購入でき、下取り額も満足いくもので、とてもよかったです。

対応してくれたKさん、ありがとうございました。
星4の理由は取引終了後ご挨拶の電話をした所忙しかったのかわかりませんが、取引中とは違う感じがありました。取引終了したからもういいと思ったのかわかりませんが…ともあれ取引自体は満足しております。ありがとうございました。
あ、でも車は買わない方がいいです笑
自動車業界で働いてますが、明らかに諸費用等が高い。乗り換えしましたが、他社の方が安くて状態も良かったです。自分で出来る物もシステムだから…と値引きも出来ないみたいで、そこで儲けてるんでしょうけど、これ関しては正直ボッタクリです。
売却だけでしたら是非お勧めです！

I work in the automobile industry, but obviously the costs are high. I changed trains, but other companies were cheaper and in better condition. It seems that you can't discount because things you can do yourself are also a system, so you're probably making money there, but honestly, it's a rip-off.
If you just sell it, I highly recommend it!

何も考えず1社目に行ったところ、思っていたより低い査定額でした。
営業さんに、「うちは他社がいくらで査定したか全部データで見れるので、他も行ってきてください。」と言われ帰りました。
その後、どうでしたか？とその日の夜に電話がかかってきます。
3社ほど回ったので、1番高い査定額を伝えたところ、それより高く付けます！と言われ、本社に確認して折り返します、となります。
期待しましたが、プラス1万円でそれ以上は難しいとのことでした。結局、最初に提示された額より15万以上は高値で買取してもらえたので、売却を決めました。
営業さんの対応には満足しています。
連絡もしっかり頂けますし、担当さんが不在時も他の方で対応、すぐ折り返しが来るのできちんと連携されているなと思いました。

I expected it, but it was an additional 10,000 yen and it was difficult to do more than that. In the end, I decided to sell it because I was able to buy more than 150,000 at a higher price than the amount initially offered.
I am satisfied with the sales staff's response.
