★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて利用しました。お出迎えお見送りを、手が空いているスタッフ全員で行うのは賛否あると思います。やらされている感を1人も出さず徹底出来れば良いですが、止めて良いと思います。それ以上に店内での応対が良く、十分満足感を与えられると思いました。
 I used it for the first time. I think there are pros and cons to having all the staff members who are free to meet and send off. It would be nice if we could do everything without giving a feeling of being harassed, but I think it's okay to stop. I thought that the reception in the store was better than that, and I was fully satisfied.

最初は売却だけの予定でしたが、そのまま中古車の購入もしました。
買取業者は多数ありますがアップル昭和橋店は
行って損はないです。是非検討してみて下さい。
ちなみに自分の担当者は鷲見さんでした(^^)

途中、電話で鷲見さんとお話しする時間を作ってくださったり、金額も大変満足です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アポなしで訪問しましたが、皆さん総出で出迎えて頂きとても感じが良かったです。
対応して下さった鷲見副店長の接客がとても親切で好感度が持てました。
査定も早く15分ぐらいで出してくれました説明も丁寧でした。
引っ越しの関係、車検も翌月切れる為迷っている事を伝えてその日は帰りました。
翌日、来店お礼のハガキが自宅に届き驚きました
買取店をどこにするか迷いましたが鷲見副店長をもう一度尋ね折衝、前回の提示額から10万円アップ、引取り日も私の希望日を伝えてると、愛着のある車でギリギリまで家族の方と乗って下さいと
言って下さり、その場で決めました。他の買取店に行かずに済みました
余計な手間や時間も掛からずとても良かったです。
また機会があれば鷲見さんを訪ねたいと思います
