名	名無しの権兵衛 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 残念ながら、星１つの評価です。お店自体が悪いわけではありません。当然ですが担当者に寄りますね。何度か伺って感じましたが、車を売る側の気持ちに寄り添って話をしてくれない方がおられます。これからのお客さんにはちゃんとその気持ちを思い出して接してほしいと思い、口コミ投稿させて頂きました。こちらがこのくらいならと提示した金額については、とりあえず全否定！そして、そんな金額はほぼ無理！こんな状態の車で、よくそんな金額を言えるもんだというような口調。そして、交渉では、「ほぼ絶対無理と思いますが、◯◯万円で一回話をしてきます。それでok出たら売ってくださいね！」と言われ、その絶対無理という状況を簡単に覆し、「俺やりました！（あなたのためにやってあげましたよ）」と言わんばかりの交渉。どうせokになるんでしょ？と分かってましたし、交渉で、「絶対無理！」という言葉を使うのはやめましょう。ちなみに、別の買取店は査定をお願いする際、「お客さまの愛車のおすすめポイントやこんな所、見てほしいなど魅力を教えてください」とまずはこちらの話を聞いてくれますよ。ビッグモーターさんもこういう姿勢で今後は営業をされてはいかがですか？たとえ、金額が安くても、この人になら自分の愛車の次のオーナー探しを任せたい！と感じ、買い取ってもらう人はきっといるはずです。駄文失礼しました。 Unfortunately, it is a one-star rating.
