気になった車が有ったので午前中にTELを入れて午後行ってきました。丁寧な対応と人当たりの良い営業の方で満足出来る時間でした。敷居が高そうな雰囲気ですが行ってみると、そんなことは有りません。

先日HPを見てから始めて伺いました!快く車をゆっくり見せていただき、嫌な顔ひとつなくまたお待ちしてますと仰ってくださり嬉しかったです。高級感のある店内とアットホームに迎えてくださるスタッフさんのいる店舗でした。

出張査定をHPから依頼しましたが、杉並に拠点を構えているため、この金額であれば伺いますとの上から目線のスタートて大変驚きました。ちなみに杉並からうちは1時間あれば着きますし、他店舗であれば30分で着きます。 どこの店舗からメールがくるのかはこちらは分かりませんし、関西や東北からの問い合わせなら分かりますが、そちらの事情を客に説明してくる買取店は初めてでした。走行距離や車検証などLINEで送り、事前見積もりをしていただくと740から770との提示でした。メールのやりとりの中でご希望の金額はと聞かれましたが、相場がわからないためはぐらかしていると、何度もしつこく聞かれたため、800と答えました。すると、相場というものがありますので、それはできませんと突然の否定。聞かれたから答えただけです。なら聞くなよとしか言いようがありません。 740から770の間で答えて欲しかったのでしょうか? なら誰でも770と言いますよね。 さらに当日伺う前に、電話に出ていただいてから店を出るため、必ず電話に出てくださいとの指示があり、どの番号から何時ごろかかってくるのか聞くと、当日にならないと分からない場合もあるが、決まり次第連絡しますとのこと。もちろん前日の夜になっても、当日の朝になっても事前の連絡は一切なし。おかげで子供の相手をしながら、ずっと携帯を気にしていなければいけませんでした。 基本的に知らない番号からかかってきても出たくない人間なので、大変迷惑な対応でした。 メールの時点で変な感じはしましたが、人からの紹介だったため来ていただくと、まず、来た人は最寄り店舗の人間で杉並の人ではない、あげくのはてに、 700も出せませんとのこと。高めに言うのが車屋の常識なのかは知りませんが、上から目線のくせに自分が提示した最低金額すら出さないという意味不明な対応でした。何社か見積もりとりましたが、御社より低い見積もりや高い見積もり様々でしたが、対応に1番ストレスを感じました。無事他社で自分の希望額以上で売れました。

輸入チューニングカーの高価買取を積極的に行ってるとの事で依頼しました。ネットでは最強買取という名でした。担当はS氏。 LINEで写真等を送付後、電話にてチューニングの内容が多い為、時間が欲しい(2〜3週間)と言われ待っていたものの連絡来ない為、こちらからLINEで進展の具合を聞いたところ直ぐに折り返しの電話あり500〜600だと言われました。新車価格2000万弱&チューニング多数でしたが、走行距離多いのと修復あったので許容出来る価格だった為、直ぐに出張査定にて正式な価格を出してもらう事に。実際来ると「良い状態で修復歴もありませんよ」と言われたものの相場的に450しか出せないですとの事。 あれ?チューニング高価査定と言っといて、オークションに同等の車両がこれぐらいですと見せられましたがフルノーマル車&OPあんま付いてなんですけど..... そして500〜600と言った電話から査定くるまで1週間程しか経ってませんが..... とはいえ手早く進めたかったので了承しました。 その後、事務手続きに進みますが説明もかなり適当でした。私はある程度の流れは理解してたので良かったですが初めての方は不安だと思います。 メールにて売買契約書のPDFが添付されて来たので開くとなんと他のお客さんの売買契約書とローン契約書でした。さすがにと思い直ぐにご連絡した所、折り返しの電話で「すいません、僕が持ってた個人情報をさらけ出しちゃいました〜(笑)」と笑いながら話してました。 一時は買取では無く下取りでトップランクにて車を購入しようと思い見積もりも貰ってましたが、知識不足が目に見えてやめました。このような個人情報の扱いならやめて良かったと思いました。 そして車両引き取り後、連絡が来て修復歴を見落としてたとの事。大幅な減額を提示して来ました。 事前に「ちなみに修復歴あった場合でもこれぐらいです」と伝えられてた減額分の倍ほど低い提示額でした。まぁ呆れました(笑) そもそも全てが無責任な発言により、話が二転三転する事で複雑になります。 今回の件は白紙に戻してもらい、車両を返却してもらいましたが、またもやビックリな事が..... ドアが閉まりづらいと思い見てみるとゴムのドアパッキンが外れて、室内も泥だらけでした。 洗車をしたとの事でしたが、吹き上げもろくにせずにカルキ跡がしっかり付いて、引取の際よりも汚くなってました。マットカラーだった為、普段から気を使って洗車してたので雑に扱われ残念でした。発言、行動全てが適当な会社だと思いました。ちなみに買取は他社にて遥かに上回る価格で買取してくれました。決して高価買取ではないと思います。今回は金額以外の面でも本当に不快な対応でした。
