最終的には店側のセッティングミスを認めましたが、終始、こちらが言いがかりをつけているかのような不親切な対応でした。
◯◯について連絡が欲しいというお願いをしても連絡がありません。
最後まできちんとしたお詫びの言葉もなく、不快な思いの連続でした。
何度か訪れた本店の方が親切だったので、本店で買えば良かったと後悔しています。
こういうレビューに繋がらないよう、対応を改めるべきです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くでパンクしたため、ロードバイクのパンク修理を依頼したが、小さな穴で劣化もほぼないチューブにも関わらず、チューブ交換した上にリムテープも二重で貼り、チューブ・リムテープ・工賃を請求された。
頼んでないことまでした上、請求も安くなく、ロードバイク専門店の対応なので、これが正規のやり方ですの一点張り
専門店なら状態知った上で、そこまで不要なのわかるでしょって思います。相談も提案もせず、頼んだ以上の仕事を勝手にし請求するお店です。何か頼むなら要求以上をしないか、作業を見張る必要があります。

If you are a specialty store, you know the condition and you know that it is unnecessary. It is a shop that does not consult or propose, and bills for more work than requested. If you ask for something, you need to do more than request or keep an eye on the work.

他の方が書き込まれているような事は一切なく、修理前に予算がどれぐらいかかるのか、その後電話にて再度、御見積もりのお電話を頂きました。
私自身、交換が必要と思っていた箇所を指摘されましたし、細かく説明してくださいましたので納得のいく修理内容でした。
3度ほど修理していただきましたが、勝手に修理内容を進めるようなことは一度もありません。
3ヶ月前に一度、パンクした際には「タイヤも交換したほうが良いのか？」ということを質問をすると「まだ交換する必要はないのでパンク修理だけで十分です。」という返答でしたし、無駄にお金を使わせようという面もありませんでしたよ。
