★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、コンディショニングマシンの体験に行かせて頂きました。トレーニングを論理的に勉強されているプロフェショナルなトレーナーが丁寧に教えてくれました。普段は錦町の加圧でパーソナルトレーニングを受けていますが、こちらには機能回復に特化したマシンを使用することができます。同じマシンは岡山市内にもできましたがトレーナーが正しい使い方を教えてくれることにより効果も違う気がします。
