★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体験コースから始まり、6回コースを終了致しましたが、身体の仕組みを知る事ができ私生活で意識する事が自然と増えました。トレーナーの方も理にかなった事を分かるまで丁寧に教えて下さるので分かりやすく長く自宅でも続けられそうです(^o^)筋トレもコース後半はして頂いて満足です★自分の癖や身体を知ると知らないでは長い目で差が出る事を身をもって感じましたー(^o^)♩ありがとうございましたm(_ _)m
