★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり昔に通いましたが、進級条件が子供には分かりにくく、どうやったら上のクラスに上がれるか分かりませんでした。何故かいきなり進級したりするので、飽きてきた頃合いに進級させてモチベーションを維持させていたのかも知れません。進級して初めてのレッスンで特に指導もなく、何をしたらいいのか分かりにくかったです。最悪だったのはコーチのデリカシーの無さです。当時体の一部にコンプレックスがあったのですが、それを大勢の前で隠すなと怒鳴られ、みんなの前で晒されました。それがトラウマになり、大学生になるまで人前で裸になれませんでした。

ストレッチ用マットを拭くものが無い。だいたいのジムには有ると思うが

マシンジムエリアは日中も夜も空いてる事が多いので利用しやすい。
スタジオレッスンの他に、ストレッチゾーンでグループレッスンなどしているので初心者の方には利用しやすいと思います。
スタッフの挨拶がいまいち雑なのが気になりました。
