★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっと、待たされる事が多すぎて、契約はしましたが、正直諸手を挙げてオススメは出来ないです。
説明も、肝心なところが抜けていて、こちらから確認して、追って説明があるという事も……。
あんまり詳しく書くと、個人情報的にアレなので詳しくは書きませんが……。
入居日がまだなので、あくまで内見での感想ですが、物件自体は説明通りで、問題ないと思います。
ただ最初に書いた様な事が重なり、正直｢大丈夫かな?｣と不安もあったので、他の賃貸業者が同じ物件を取り扱っていたら、恐らくそちらで契約したと思います。
以前、別件で利用したア〇マンショップさんは、とても丁寧に対応して頂けたのですが……。
今は、新生活を無事に送れる事を願うばかりです。

However, the first thing I wrote overlapped and I was worried that I was okay, so if other rental companies were handling the same property, I would probably have signed a contract there.
Previously, A 利用 man Shop, which I used in a different case, was able to respond very carefully.
Now I just hope that I can live a new life safely.
