★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約時、宅建免許保持者が事務員の為、説明時現場を全く知らないので、内容が噛み合わない事があり、説明を求めると、中断し事務所がバタツク有り様。尚営業が、外人に応対時上から目線で対応し、社員証を持っていることをが判ると、手のひらを返した応対をしていた。社員教育が出来ていないと感じた。

In addition, when the sales staff responded to foreigners from above and found out that they had an employee ID card, they responded by returning their palms.
