★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ショールームに入ったら受付へとの案内があり、受付では「1時間制なので、御自由にご見学ください。この紙(アンケート用紙？？)に書き込んでお帰りの際お渡し下さい。」と言われ、そのまま係の方は事務所へ戻ってしまった。
どこで何を見たらいいのか等何も分からないままタイルの見本が大量に仕舞われているコーナーを自力で見つけ、何種類か気になるものを選んだ。
どうしたらいいかわからないまま、事務所に声を掛けると受付時の女の方とは違う男の方が出てきて「サンプルの品番の御記入がありませんが…」と言われ、その方に受付時の説明をしてみると、流石に説明が不足していたらしく、補足をしていただき、選んだタイルのサンプル品とカタログを郵送していただけることに。
これから行く方がもし同じような対応を受けたら、女性ではなく、スーツを着た男性のスタッフの方に説明を受けると納得のいくタイル選びが出来るかと思います。
タイルの種類は多く、非常に参考になるショールームだとは思いますので、同じような対応で困惑される方がいらっしゃいませんように！
