★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 俳優の「伊藤あさひファンイベント2020」の参加にて施設を初訪問しました。JR品川駅から近いので案内表示の看板に誘導してもらいながら到着。建物の入り口を入ると天井からの差し込む自然光が明るく開放的です。入り口からすぐのエレベーターを利用し２階へ。広々としたホールロビーで写真撮影やメッセージコメントを残したり空き時間を有効活用！ホール内で気に入ったことは、研修や会合でも使いやすそうな机(出し入れできるタイプ)です。座りやすくて清潔感があるので、ゆっくりできました。トイレあり。後ろの席でしたが、スクリーンが大きいので大満足のイベントでした！←ってことは、施設が後押ししてくれたこともあると思います。3月にまた遊びに行きます?
We visited the facility for the first time with the participation of actor "Ito Asahi Fan Event 2020". As it is near JR Shinagawa Station, we arrived while being guided by a signboard with a guide sign. When entering the entrance of the building, the natural light coming from the ceiling is bright and open. Take the elevator right from the entrance to the second floor. Leave photos and message comments in the spacious hall lobby and make effective use of your spare time! What I liked in the hall was a desk (type that can be put in and out) that seems easy to use for training and meetings. It was easy to sit down and clean, so I was able to relax. There is a toilet. It was the back seat, but it was a very satisfying event because the screen was large! ← I think that the facility has helped me. I will go play again in March.

駅から近いし席からトイレの距離も近いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イベント会場です。品川駅からのアクセスは便利です。改札口から歩いて５分くらいでしょうか。会場はそんなに大きくないのですが、１フロア下にはコンビニもあり便利です。
セールで時々利用します。
食事をするにも近隣諸国ビルに飲食店が沢山アルので食事にも便利です。ですが、昼はオフィスで働く人達の利用と重なりますので込みます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a bit difficult to find this place for the first time from the station. However it’s not very far from Shinagawa station. There’s a convenient store next to the entrance, which is very convenient. The hall is located on the first floor (which is on the second floor in Japan). There’s an escalator up to the entrance, so you don’t need to use stairs.
