k	k_s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年の6月に訪問しました！新潟に来るのはこれで5-6回目です。前回新潟駅に来た時にはなかったお店で外観など非常に雰囲気が良かったので予約して伺いました。お店は新店というわけではなくリニューアルオープンみたいですね。こういうときって前なんのお店だったのか思い出せないんですよね。場所は新潟駅から飲み屋街の一等地になるので初めて新潟に来る人も誰しもが通る場所にあり視認性は非常に高いです。周辺にぼったくり系の居酒屋のキャッチが多いのでそこだけは気をつけてください。笑鶏とホップという店名なだけあり鶏とビールがコンセプトでした。鶏に関しては青森県のシャモロックを使っています。中々取り扱っているお店も多くないので焼鳥好きにはたまらないと思います。焼き鳥だけでなく鶏煮込みなども良い出汁が出ていて体に優しい味になっています。続々と注文をしていくと焼き鳥は完全に串撃ちされています。個体差多少ありますが鮮度も良く非常に美味しいです。焼き加減もしっかりしており塩味もちょうど良いです。お酒は比較的リーズナブルに値段ですがコンセプトにあるビール関係は安くはないのでクラフトビールなど頼まれる人は価格に要注意です。私はもっぱらハイボールなのでかなりコスパ良く飲めました。雰囲気や味が非常に良かったのでお通しは勿体無いと思いました。初動の印象でマカロニのお通しは総合居酒屋のようで勿体無いと思います。新潟出張の際はまたお伺いします！ご馳走様でした。 I visited in June of this year!
