★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 質問があり通りかかった店員に声掛けしたら注文するためのボタンを押してくれって言われた。質問があると言ったら勝手にボタンを押されてどっかにいった。そんなことは今までなかったのに。ショートカットのじょせいでした。その後来た男性スタッフは丁寧に答えてくれました。ほかの店員にボタンを押さずに声掛けしたら応じてくれました。一人でもそういう人がいるとがっかりします。今までいい接客だったから行っていたのに残念です。チェーン店の中でも過ごしやすいお店だったのに悲しい気持ちになりました。ほかの口コミを見たら、いい口コミにしかオーナーから返信がないのも非常に気になりました。
 He asked a clerk who passed by and asked me to press a button to place an order. When I said that I had a question, I pressed the button and went somewhere. That was never before. It was a shortcut. The male staff who came afterwards answered me carefully. He / she responded if we called out to other clerks without pushing button. I am disappointed if there is such a person alone. I'm sorry that we went because we were good customer service until now. It was sad though it was one of the best stores in the chain. Looking at other reviews, I was very worried that the owner only responded to good reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの影響か、金曜19時過ぎでもガラガラだったので密の不安はありませんでした。
店自体は普通のチェーンの居酒屋で、安い以外に特筆すべき点は無いですね。
I wasn't worried about it because it was rattled even after 19:00 on Friday, probably because of the influence of the corona.
The store itself is an ordinary chain izakaya, and there is nothing special to mention other than being cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 199円のビールは安いですが少し薄い感じがしました。ポテトサラダは海苔の佃がトッピングされていて甘じょっぱかったです。焼き鳥はもう少し火が通っていた方が良かったです。チーズつくねの焼き加減は良く、美味しかったです。料理の値段はお手頃な価格でgood。料理のクオリティは全体的に残念でした。もっと手のこんだメニューがあれば良かったです。お店は混んでいたので人気がある店なのかと思いましたが、混んでいる時にもベストな料理を出せるようにして欲しいです。
The 199 yen beer is cheap but I felt a little thin. Potato salad was topped with nori seaweed and it was sweet. It was better for the yakitori to have a little more heat. The grilling of the cheese tsukine was good and delicious. The price of the food is good at an affordable price. The quality of the food was disappointing overall. I wish I had a more elaborate menu. The shop was crowded and I thought it was a popular shop, but I want you to be able to serve the best food even when it is crowded.
