★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分の時代のビ―ムスではなくなってしまいました…他にも似たようなセレクトショップもあるので、昔のような、ビ―ムスで買えば間違いなし❗の時代はおわりましたね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レジで接客してくださった男性のスタッフの方がすごく丁寧で笑顔がすてきでした。時間があまりなかったのですが、素早くかわいいラッピングをしてくださり嬉しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 靴を試着した時、店員さん相槌してくれるけど、目線はずーーっと遠くをみてるばかり。コーディネート相談しても、そーですねーで終わり。なんだかしっくりこなくて、買うのやめました。違うショップではiPadでコーディネート方法を紹介してくれて、そこのお店の靴を即決しました。接客って大事なんだなって改めて思いました。

At a different shop, he introduced me how to coordinate with an iPad and decided on the shoes for that shop. I thought again that customer service is important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日オンラインで購入したパンツに合わせるトップスを見たく、久々に店舗に行きました。
店内の入り口近くで、
購入したパンツのイメージを再確認しようと思いスマホをチェックしていました。
そうすると男性店員が近づき、
「何かお探しですか？」と話しかけてくれました。
まだお店に入りまもなく、
まずは自分で見たかった為、「大丈夫です。」と伝えてると、「ここ、入り口なのであっち行ってもらっていいすか」と言い店舗の奥へ歩いていきました。
お客が一度断ると、用がない、ましてや入り口近くにいてスマホを見てると邪魔だからと言われている様でとても残念な気持ちになりました。
私も店舗入り口付近で邪魔だったかも知れませんが、他の言い方もあると思います。
最近はネットで買うことも多くなり、たまに店舗に行ってそのような対応をされるとわざわざ店舗で買うメリットが無い様に感じました。
好きなブランドでしたが、そのひとりのスタッフな発言で店舗もイメージも悪くなり2度と行きたく無いと思いました。

Once the customer refused, it was useless, let alone when I was near the entrance and looked at my smartphone, it was said that it was an obstacle, which made me very disappointed.
I may have been in the way near the store entrance, but I think there are other ways to say it.
Recently, I often buy online, and I felt that there was no merit to buy at the store if I went to the store once in a while and took such measures.
It was my favorite brand, but one of the staff members said that the store and the image got worse and I didn't want to go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新宿ルミネの店舗のほうが近いですが、ビームスの商品を探している際はこちらに足を運びます。
2度目にお邪魔した際に覚えていただいておりびっくりしました。とにかく接客が良い男性店員さんがおり、いつも希望に沿った品物を提案してくださり助かっています。
