★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018年、元旦午前中、店内、店頭手前側で耳下の髪の長さのミディアムヘアーの店長らしき人と一緒に、商品の補充を担当していた、若い細身の20代前半位の女子店員、赤いリップ、茶髪で脇位までの長さの艶のあるサラサラの長髪、毛先はカールしていました、身長156.7センチ位、眉毛で揃えたぱっつん前髪。（似たような髪型で、色素の薄い感じの、お店の外の会計に並ぶ列を整理していた人は親切でした）気に成るパジャマが有ったのですが、肩部分が手垢で黒ずんでました、それで「セールなので無かったら仕方がないんですが、手垢でここが（肩の部分を指差しながら）汚れているので、新しい在庫とか有りませんか？」とたずねたら、何と「どこが？！」と、私には汚れて見えませんけど？といった様子で他のお客さんの前で大きな声で、40代の私にタメ口で喧嘩ごしに聞き返されました。一体どっちが客なのか？耳を疑いました。
こんな酷い対応受けたのは人生で初めてで呆気にとられてしまいました。非常識にも程があると思います。名札もひっくり返していて名前が隠して有りました。セール中で忙しいのは百も承知ですが、「申し訳ございません、出ているだけです」くらいまともな返事が出来ませんか、新年早々その店員のせいで、元旦から非常に不愉快な気分になりました。
彼女は接客に向いていないと思います、もっと親切でやる気のある人は他に幾らでもいると思います。接客の基本、目上や客に対する言葉遣いと、常識、一から学んで出直して頂きたいです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オンラインストアで見つけた靴下を購入するために、土曜日の朝に店頭まで足を運びました。ジェラートピケにはブルーの紙袋の印象があり、購入時に紙袋を希望したところ、セール品はビニールの袋のみですと最初は言われました。困ってしまったところ、最終的には、ギフト用でしたらと紙袋に入れてもらい、簡易的なラッピングもしていただけました。
ジェラートピケの商品はとても着心地もよく、購入時の満足度やプレゼントでいただいた時の満足度もとても高い商品です。また、紙袋にもジェラートピケの付加価値があると思っています。エコが求められるこのご時世でもあるので、なぜセール品はビニール袋のみという最初のご案内があるのかが不思議でなりません。ですが、対応していただいた店員さんの丁寧な対応のおかげで良い買い物ができました。ありがとうございます。
