★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前からラゾーナにはありましたが今回は大きくなって場所も一新してのオープンです。当然品数も増えていて選択肢が豊富になりました。元々接客には定評がありますし第一はコストパフォーマンスが高い事です。ビジネス用のシャツはこちらで調達しています。

ただし店員の質は低い。
他のどの店舗でも言えることですが、良い対応をしてくれる店員はいないです。
不快な対応をする人はいませんが、学生アルバイトの接客レベルですね。
売ってる物は良いのに、本当にもったいないと思います。
社内で社員教育をした方が良いかと。
Products are cheap and good quality.
However, the quality of the clerk is low.
As with any other store, there is no clerk who will do the right thing.
There is no one who is offensive, but it's a student part-time service level.
I think the things I sell are good, but really wasteful.
Is it better to train employees in-house?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メッチャちっちやなお店であんまり商品もないみたいだったけど、若いスタッフがいい感じに採寸してくれて、すぐ気に入ったのが見つかって良かったです。5000円もしないシャツを買ったのに1000円のマスクをもらってしまいました。
It seemed that there weren't many products in the shop, but I'm glad that the young staff measured it nicely and found that I liked it right away. I bought a shirt that costs less than 5,000 yen, but I got a mask for 1,000 yen.

駅から直結で便利です。店員さんも感じが良く初めてでしたがオーダーのシャツを数枚購入しました。

とにかく皺になりやすい。とくに襟周りについて、布が余る？足りない？歪んでる？のか、卸したてだろうが、クリーニングで強めに糊をかけようが、着た直後に見るに耐えないほど皺になります。
型崩れ
扱っている生地がどれも縮みやすく、縮幅は袖丈くらいしか想定してくれないため、型くずれしてキツキツのヨレヨレになります。
オーダー品も同様で、計測してのオーダー意味は全くありません。
実際にセミオーダーしましたが、卸したてなのに来た直後に皺々。前述のように糊を強くかけてもだめ。もう型崩れして左右対称すら失い、使い物にならず捨てました。同時に買った既成品2枚も同様です。2万円強の損失。痛いです。
セミオーダーは絶対買ってはだめ。店頭での既成品で、更に形態安定の表示があるもの以外は避けたほうが良いでしょう。それでもボタンダウンシャツは避けるべきです。
といっても、それらも他の店舗に比べると質が悪く、この店でシャツを買う理由は一切無いでしょう。
オーダー品が3週間立っても届かず、問い合わせたら4週間かかるといっただろうと逆ギレメールが帰ってきたり（実際は先方の夏季休業の伝え忘れ）とサポートも最悪です。
買うとしたら小物だけですね。
Wrinkles
Anyway, it is easy to wrinkle. Is there any excess cloth, especially around the collar? not enough? Is it distorted? Perhaps it's just wholesale, but even if you apply a strong glue for cleaning, it will wrinkle so much that you can't stand to see it right after you put it on.
Out of shape
All of the fabrics we handle are easy to shrink, and the width of the shrinkage is only assumed to be about the sleeve length, so it will lose its shape and become squeaky.
The same applies to custom-made products, and there is no point in measuring and ordering.
I actually made a semi-order, but it wrinkled immediately after I came to the wholesale store. As mentioned above, you can't apply strong glue. It lost its shape and even lost its symmetry, so it wasn't usable and was thrown away. The same applies to the two ready-made products that I bought at the same time. Loss of over 20,000 yen. Is painful.
Never buy a semi-order. It is best to avoid off-the-shelf products in stores other than those with a morphological stability label. Still, button-down shirts should be avoided.
That said, they're also of poor quality compared to other stores, and there's no reason to buy a shirt at this store.
The support is also the worst, as the reverse guile mail comes back (actually, I forgot to tell the other party's summer holidays) that the ordered item did not arrive even if it stood for 3 weeks and it would take 4 weeks if I inquired.
If you buy it, it's only small items.

店員さんは親切で持っているスーツやジャケットとの合わせ方も相談にのってくれます。
