★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十割そばでもこしがあるしっかりとしたお蕎麦でした。鴨つけそばを頂きました。鴨で1000円以下は安いです。そば湯も頂けます。
It was a solid soba that was chewy even with 100% buckwheat noodles. I had duck soba noodles. It is cheap for duck under 1000 yen. You can also have soba hot water.

天ぷらは油っぽくなくサクサクしてるし、ごはんにかけてある天つゆはあっさりしてて食べやすい。正直いうとミニ天丼を一人で２つ注文したいと思ってしまいます！もちろんそばもおいしいですよ。

今回頂いたのは「粗挽そばランチセット」
提供されたのは”もりそば”と薬味のほか、”ごはん”に”煮物”、“揚物”となります。
こちらのお店の薬味であるネギはいつでも瑞々しく、ワサビもさわやかな辛味を味わうことが出来ます。
そばつゆはだしの風味を感じる多少甘めのつゆであり、締めの”そば湯”で最後まで味わって頂きたいと思います。

店内の雰囲気がいかにも美味しいものを出しますよと言っているようでいいですね。
まあまともな蕎麦屋さんの常なんですが、量は少ないので大盛をおすすめします。
値段はランチとしてはちょっと高めですが、まあ仕方ないですね。天ぷらも揚げたてで美味しいし。

そば自体が十割そばにしては強すぎずあっさりしているけどしっかり味があり、つけ汁も甘辛い感じで僕の好みです。このタレで卵とじ丼などしたかったです。
美味しかったのですぐなくなりましたww
I ate soba noodles with duck mushrooms.
