ざるそばは海苔が乗っていますが、シンプルに蕎麦の味が好きなので、海苔が乗っていると、海苔の風味が強すぎる為、いつももりそばを食べます。
かど松さんのもりそばは至ってシンプルですが、美味しい^_^
蕎麦職人さんの蕎麦って感じです?
揃った麺、固さ、ツユの甘みなど、ミスが無い安定感を感じます。
毎日、決まったルーチンをミス無くこなす人なんだろうなぁと思いながらいただきました。

A soba restaurant that is always crowded with locals. I can feel the season, but it's not old. Good vibes. It's delicious no matter what you eat.

常連客で常に満席に近く人気店でした。
寒かったので五目そばを頂きました。
つゆはしょっぱくなく、細切りのそばもうまかったです。
今度はざるそばを頂きたいなと思いました。

季節物の鍋焼きうどんを頂きました。
相変わらず安定の味。
具も豊富でオススメです。

本日はカツ丼と天ぷらそばを奥さんと頂きました。相変わらず美味しいですね♪。
昔ながらのお店です。
落ち着いて、美味しく頂きました。

かど松のたぬき蕎麦。
キツネは油揚げだがたぬきは天カス…？
なんでだろー…
そんなこと考えながらも、腹減った前には熱々のたぬき蕎麦登場！
さて見た目は平坦であります。
天カスと三つ葉☘️、蒲鉾です。
でも鰹の風味〜香り〜ん〜最高…！
それでも蕎麦汁の鰹がインパクトが凄い…そのままどんぶりでグイ飲みに変わりそうですわ。
落ち着いてレンゲで汁堪能…蕎麦は手切りで不揃いだが、蕎麦汁に絡みコシ食感もありました。
食べ始めて箸?止まる事なく完食…残る蕎麦汁はやっぱり丼ぶり持って飲み干す…自分の食事の姿は好ましく無いな…私残念❗️
たが、やっぱり旨し‼️
