m	msk 5621 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日小学生の子供を数人連れてこの店舗を訪れた際に、その内の一人が内容を全く見ずにラムとライムのカクテルをイメージした水色のアイスを注文しました。案の定アイスを食べた始めた処美味しくなかった様でもうこれいらないから新しいのを買うと騒ぎ始めました。面倒だったしうるさいからもう一個買うかと渋々立ち上がった処、店員の女性の方がこちらにサッと来てくれて、ラムとライムが入ってるアイスだけど大丈夫？と先程お子様の方にしっかりとアナウンスしなかったこちらの落ち度なので違う物と無料で交換させて頂きますと言ってくださいました。驚きの神対応でした。うちの子供もとても喜び、その様子を見てとても素敵な笑顔で応対してくれる本当に素晴らしい店員さんでした。是非また利用させて頂きます。この度は本当にありがとうございました。 The other day, when I visited this store with a few elementary school children, one of them ordered a light blue ice cream with the image of a rum and lime cocktail without looking at the contents at all. Sure enough, I started eating ice cream. It didn't look good, so I didn't need it anymore, so I started making noise when I bought a new one. It was troublesome and noisy, so I was reluctant to buy another one, but a female clerk came to me quickly and it was ice cream with rum and lime, but is that okay? I didn't announce it to my children earlier, so I said that I will exchange it for a different one for free. It was a surprising god correspondence. My child was very happy, and he was a really wonderful clerk who responded with a very nice smile when he saw the situation. I will definitely use it again. This time, thank you very much.

Y	Yoshihhisa Kubota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Baskin Robbins store on this planet. I ordered the largest cup of ice cream but the did fill only 2/3 of cup and refused to add more ice cream. We decided not to take it and returned it without touching it. Actually they took it back to where they store ice cream for people. But they refused to pay the cash back when I tried to take a photo of my receipt before I returned it to them. They (two young women in their 20s or early 30s) may tell other people a lie or different story to justify themselves but this is the true story. They did returned the cash when I said I would not take a photo of my receipt but this is the worst Baskin Robbins store! The date was March 07, 2020.
