地域民の崇敬篤く、今でも稲荷講が行われているとか。
個人的には明治13年の銘がある狛狐の太い尻尾にホンワカしました。
It's the outer shrine of Koenji Tenso Shrine, and I can't imagine it now, but it seems to be Tanaka because it was in the middle of the rice field.
It is said that the Inari class is still held because of the reverence of the local people.
Personally, I was really impressed by the thick tail of the fox, which has the inscription of the 13th year of the Meiji era.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大久保通りからちょっと入った路地沿いにあります。「受持神」を祭神とした旧高円寺村の農家の守り神で、高円寺天祖神社の境外末社だそうです。創建等の由緒については不詳ですが。どうして田中なのかと思いましたが、桃園川ぞいに広がっていた水田の中にあったことから、田中稲荷の名で呼ばれるようになったといわれているとのことで、なるほどと思いました。鳥居をくぐると、赤い鳥居が立ち並んでおり、小さいながらもしっかりした興味深い神社でした。
It is located along an alley just off Okubo-dori. It is said that it is the guardian deity of a farmer in the former Koenji village, whose deity is "the god of responsibility", and is the outer shrine of Koenji Tenso Shrine. I don't know about the history of its founding. I wondered why it was Tanaka, but since it was in a paddy field that stretched across the Taoyuan River, it is said that it came to be called Tanaka Inari, so I thought it was true. Passing through the torii gates, red torii gates lined up, making it a small but solid and interesting shrine.
