★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼しか行ってないので評価しずらいですが、ドライカレーもハンバーグもなかなかの美味しさです。これで夜のお酒にビールが揃っていれば、と思ってしまいます。

デミグラスソースハンバーグを注文しました。少し大きめサイズで、ソースとの相性は抜群でした。
いわゆる、お肉系のレストランではないので、肉汁ジュワーではないです。
お店の雰囲気は落ち着いていて、ゆっくりとランチを楽しめました。

I ordered a demiglace sauce hamburger. The size was slightly larger, and the compatibility with the sauce was outstanding.

ウイスキーはもちろん、希少な酒まで揃っている。
ワインもあり。
個人的にはアブサンの種類が多く気に入っている。
燻製はウイスキーのアテに?。
別日、新しいラムやテキーラが入っていました。

ドライカレーを頼んだが、ランチのピークを過ぎたのに、出てくるまで約20分。
さらにスープがつくはずなのに、忘れたのか持ってこない。なので、こちらから言わないといけない始末。
（※ちなみに、なぜスープがつくか分かったかというと、隣の席の客にはスープを持ってきたから）
ドライカレーを食べ終わった時間帯にスープを持ってきたが、申し訳ありませんでしたの一言も無し。
しかも、やたらと熱く飲みづらい。
食事の温度管理って飲食業の基本では！？
結局スープは一口つけただけで、お店を出ました。
マスターお一人でお店を切り盛りしているようなので、厳しいことを言うのも筋違いなのはわかるし、たまたま重なった悪い出来事だったのかもしれないが、こういうことがあると、もう２度と来るものかと思ってしまう。

ランチには贅沢過ぎる時間を過ごせます。
ドライカレーは濃くがありスパイスの効いていて絶品。
付け合わせのサラダも新鮮。
コーンスープを追加しました。
コーヒーをゆっくり飲むのも良かったかなと思いましたが。
マスターが手際が素晴らしくよくて、カウンターに座って良かったです。
夜いつかきてみたいです。
