潤	潤之助 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 五稜郭で有名な龍岡城の見学に訪れた際に立ち寄りました。武田信玄、勝頼、徳川家康に仕えた戦国武将、依田信蕃の菩提を弔うために田口城の居館跡に創建された寺院。境内は非常に整然としていて素晴らしい雰囲気ですね。ちょうど桜も満開、早朝だったのでこの雰囲気を独り占めできました。龍岡城から植え替えた松や彫刻が見事な本堂など、見所も多いですよ。 I stopped by when I visited Tatsuoka Castle, which is famous for Goryokaku. A temple built on the site of Taguchi Castle's residence to mourn the bodhi of Yoda Nobushige, a warlord who served Shingen Takeda, Katsuyori, and Ieyasu Tokugawa. The precincts are very tidy and have a wonderful atmosphere. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and it was early in the morning, so I was able to monopolize this atmosphere. There are many attractions such as the pine trees replanted from Tatsuoka Castle and the main hall with beautiful sculptures.
a	aaron meldahl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated at the foot of the low mountain on top of which are the remains of Taguchi Castle, this is an attractive temple founded in 1583. There's not really so much to see or do -- and I encountered no staff when I visited -- but its setting among fields with the mountain behind is attractive at cherry blossom and autumn leaves seasons. Worth stopping by if visiting other sites in the area.
