この場所は“”河川敷“”です。大雨などの際は、浸水するおそれがあります。自動車等の駐車の際には、十分ご注意ください。水没したときの責任は、負いませんので、ご承知下さい。数年前の颱風では千曲川流域で堤防決壊などの大きな災害がありました。駐車するときには十分に気をつけ、前もって天気予報をチェックしましょう。
因みに未舗装ですよ～
 It is a long and narrow parking lot along the Chikuma River behind Saku General Hospital. There are notes on the signboard of Usuda Town.
