s	sachiko kodama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 順番待ちで20分(想定内)、窓口でNISAの口座解約だけで2時間もかかった。対応も要を得ない若い女性窓口。対応遅すぎ。急いでるかた、子連れのかたにはオススメしません。口座解約して良かったです。二度と行かないし利用しません。その後ハガキでの解約通知に２ヶ月かかりました。後日談ですがネット銀行へNISA口座開設し、１週間以内でネット手続きのみで完了。メインバンクをネット銀行へ変更して良かったです。 It took 20 minutes (within assumption) to wait for the turn, and it took 2 hours just to cancel the NISA account at the window.
