★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口座解約のため来店。11時30分ぐらいに来てまだ手続き終わらない。12～13時まで行員の方の昼休みや長いこと使ってないことや、住所変更手続きなどで時間かかることもわかる。でも、行員の方の昼休憩で一時的に閉まるということで離席を促され外出したが、13時30分頃に戻ると他の方の手続きが入り、14時頃の対応になるというのはどうなの？まぁ、解約するからもう関係ないけど。
と思ったら、14時20分まで手続き全くしていなく、これから手続きとのことで、15時過ぎてもまだ手続き完了せず。
ここの行員さん、大丈夫なのかなぁ。
