★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銀行を普通と思った理由は、ATM・受付がそれほど混雑する時間帯が、多く無い為にストレスもたまらないし、不自由もなく利用出来る。
The reason why I thought the bank was normal is that there are not many times when ATMs and reception desks are so crowded, so stress is irresistible and you can use it without any inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小学校の引き落とし口座の指定銀行なので使っていますが、正直りそなは使いにくい。ATMのコンビニ連携もしていない。店舗のATMも5時で終わり。
個人向けに相手しているタイプの銀行ではないので、窓口も塩対応。
とにかく不便極まりない。
I use it because it is a designated bank for the withdrawal account of the elementary school, but honestly Resona is difficult to use. There is no ATM convenience store cooperation. The ATM at the store also ends at 5 o'clock.
