コロナ対策の仕切りとマスクで全然声が聞こえない
聞き返しても無視、こっちの話も聞こえてなさそうな時があっても話を続行
全然会話が成立せずほとんど分からなかった
パネルで確認とかしてたが台が高いのと画面反射で見えず背伸びしようとした瞬間に謎に怒られたり、色々めちゃくちゃで最悪
その間も貰えないのか？
窓口は他にもいない暇なはずなのに
丁寧な対応を望みます
お金の話なので大事なのに残念です。
