L	Lac P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因为疫情现在中国银行行内采用轮班制流程虽然有五个柜台以及五位工作人员，但仅仅开放两个柜台进行服务，一个进行存取转款业务，一个进行账户相关业务（开通，挂失，更新资料等）工作人员确实是在工作，但可能是人员不足，也可能是因为业务员不了解业务，导致办理效率实在非常低，观察了一下平均一天只能办二十几笔存取转款业务，以及5～6笔账户相关业务，我当日大概早上10点左右到达银行，并取到06号，直到下午四点左右银行关门一小时后（约16:10左右）业务才办理结束，等待约6小时。虽然我曾经18年的时候办理过中行日本的相关的业务，但当时应该也需要等待30分钟～1小时排队左右才能进行办理，只能说办理业务效率确实不是很高所以【如果确定要在日本中行办理手续请一定早上九点开门时段就到达银行办理最适合】如果要办理新银行卡/账户可以预先致电银行并预约好，应该可以加快开通进程另外该银行因为没有接入国内中行系统，注意不能受理中国银行大陆地区业务，敬请注意 Because of the epidemic, the Bank of China now uses a shift system Although there are five counters and five staff, only two counters are open for service, one for deposit and withdrawal and one for account-related business (opening, reporting loss, updating information, etc.) The staff is indeed working, but it may be insufficient staff, or it may be because the salesperson does not understand the business, which results in very low processing efficiency. I can only say that the business efficiency is really not very high. So [if you are sure to go through the procedures at the Bank of Japan, please be sure to arrive at the bank during the opening hours at 9 am, which is most suitable] If you want to apply for a new bank card/account, you can call the bank in advance and make an appointment, which should speed up the opening process In addition, because the bank is not connected to the domestic Bank of China system, please note that it cannot accept Bank of China's mainland business.

W	Wing-Ching Poon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called into the bank to ask to create a HKD Bank Account. The person I spoke to said it was possible and gave me a list of things to bring including my HK ID. When I got to the bank and asked to create a bank account, they told me it was not possible to create an HKD bank account and that this Branch only deals with local banking in Tokyo. I asked about checking on my old bank account I had with them a while back and they said they are not able to do that as well. While they were very civil, I'm not sure how helpful they are. It seems they are hardly willing to help and it was a big waste of time getting my documents together and not being able to open an an account. I would of appreciated that it wasn't possible if they just told me that in the first place. I do not recommend dealing with Bank of China as their service doesn't seem helpful at all.
