★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドイツ銀行東京支店に電話したら担当の人にありえないくらいぶっきらぼうな対応をされた。ドイツ銀行は電話担当者にどんな教育をしているんですか？
他の銀行からドイツ銀行東京支店に振り込む際に、この口座が非居住者預金かどうか確認してくださいとその銀行に言われたので、そのまま電話担当者に確認しただけなのに、「あのね、守秘義務があるので教えられないんですよ。その銀行の担当者は誰なんですか？わからないんですか？」などと普通の神経ではありえないような雑な対応をされました。私は非居住者預金かどうか確認するのが守秘義務の抵触にあたるか知るはずもないのに、私に責任があるかのような聞き方はなんなんですか？
担当者の名前を覚えておけばよかったです、そうしたらフルネームでここに晒せたのに。
もう二度と利用することはないです。
