★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八うどん(すえひろ)を食べに開店前に行きました、完全にコロナ対策がバッチリで安心して頂けました、カウンターは隣とは飛散防止はあるし入口の消毒、もちろん八うどんは細い方から食べてくださいと言われて最後はめちゃ幅広いので半分にして口に入れて食べこしもバッチリ旨かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ものすごく優しいお味のおうどんでした。天ぷらも揚げたてサクサクで、つゆに浸けていただくスタイル。そのままで一個頂いたんですが、とても美味しかったです。店の雰囲気もよく、PayPayも使えて便利も○です。短いトンネルを抜けてすぐという立地も含めて、面白くて楽しくて美味しいお店でした。ごちそうさまでした。
It was a udon noodle with a very gentle taste. The tempura is also crispy and soaked in soup. I got one as it is, but it was very delicious. The atmosphere of the store is good, and PayPay can be used, which is convenient. It was an interesting, fun and delicious shop, including the location just after passing through a short tunnel. 桜が咲き誇り、木々に色とりどりな花が彩る素晴らしい季節にやってきました。
人気店のすえひろ家さん、ちょうどひるどきだったので席に着けるか心配だったのですが、タイミング良く入りました。
名物の八(すえひろ)うどん、福耳うどん、ざるうどん、ソースカツ丼をオーダー。
うどんは手打ちならではのコシがかなり強い麺で、塩分は少なめ。ダシが優しい風味のつゆと合わさるので、かなりサッパリな印象です。
ソースカツ丼、うまし。肉が厚くて食べごたえ良好。
難点は注文後到着まで時間がかかること。
でも手作りの料理をこの値段で食べられるのだから、時間と気持ちに余裕がある時に行きましょう。

We ordered the famous Suehiro udon, Fukumi udon, Zaru udon, and Sauce cutlet bowl.
Udon is a noodle that is very chewy and has a low salt content. The dashi stock goes well with the gentle flavor of the soup stock, giving it a very refreshing impression.
Sauce cutlet bowl, delicious. The meat is thick and has a good taste.
The difficulty is that it takes time to arrive after ordering.
But you can eat homemade food at this price, so go when you have time and feelings.

限定の福耳うどんを頼みましたが、うどんってより、きしめんっぽい。
コスパは良いです!駐車場が狭いのは難点ですが、店員さんも心地の良い接客で、また伺いたいと思います。
