物件が決まった後も内装の件等ご尽力くださり感謝しております。

I was searching for a apartment with my friend. We’ve been told by other 不動産会社 that finding a place where you can do room share with other person is very hard, and they have been rejecting our request and telling us we should find a place separately. But here, they were very welcome. Even if it was hard to find a place for two, eventually we found a really nice place.

I was welcomed by Yoshida-san who was not only super nice but also displayed exceptional listening skills.
Thanks to him I managed to find the perfect home in no time despite my many criteria.
I had visited a different agency before where I was shown numerous appartments that didn’t match my requests and given blurry explanations on the moving expenses, with Ballegs however everything went fast and smooth.
I explained what I was looking for and the 2nd accommodation visited the following week was the one (reasonable price, and matching all my main criteria).
Soon after the visit we sat around a coffee and Yoshida-san took the time to explain all the moving in steps way beyond the real estate sphere. During the whole process he made sure I understood everything, gave me good advice, and showed trustworthiness all despite the language barrier. Even today a few weeks after moving in I know I can trust him if I need any help regarding my accommodation and daily life.
My moving couldn’t go better, I strongly recommend. Merci Yoshida-san
