こちらで契約した物件について知らされてないこと、騒音問題や区画の数年にわたる大規模工事などたくさんありました。しらを切られ誠意がなく話が通じないことがありました。裁判も考えましたがオーナーより敷金を返還してもらい一年たらずで退去しました。お金をたくさん無駄にしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応者ごとに情報が食い違っています。契約時に伝えられていた内容と異なっていたこともあり、当時はケアレスミス程度かと思っていましたがそうではないように思えてきました。こちらか、電話で伝えた内容が社内で共有されてないのか、再確認をする事が何度かあり煩わしさと不信感があります。

There are times when I have to reconfirm whether the content I told by phone is not shared within the company, which is bothersome and distrustful.
