★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本町駅から程近くのビルの２階にある「神戸餃子酎房えんじゃ」さん。夜に何度かお伺いしました。お店の名前がついたえんじゃ餃子は、白菜ベースでシソの葉の風味が効いたあっさり餃子で、ニンニク不使用なので臭いを気にせずいっぱい食べれるのがグッドポイントです。ニンニク入りがお好きな方はジューシー餃子、その他、海老餃子や白湯ラーメンもお勧めです。店名にあるように焼酎の品揃も豊富な居酒屋さんです。
"Kobe Gyoza Gyoza Enja" on the second floor of a building near Hommachi Station. I visited several times at night.
