金	金城光 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ぼったくり店。アルバイトの男性店員の接客、マナーがひどい。初めての利用。 30分飲み放題コースで入り、チャージは別途だったが、60分からのご利用で飲み放題投げ放題が利用可能との説明。もともと1時間しかやる予定はなかったので、1時間で帰りますと男性A店員に伝える。この時点での男性A店員の説明では1時間飲み放題投げ放題で大体〇〇円ですねと。これ以上説明されていない。ぼくたち3人は1時間の料金で帰ります。とあらかじめ伝える。 1時間後会計にて、60分飲み放題投げ放題、チャージ料にプラスで30分の飲み放題料金が加算されている。男性A店員に内容を聞くと1時間の制限時間をオーバーしているのでと自動延長システムと明らかに後付けである。正直2分ほど過ぎていたが、自動延長システム、時間は客がそれぞれ管理のシステムと後付けで言われた。男性A店員にあなた最初自動延長等の話してませんよね？と問いただすと、僕担当してませんとしらばっくれる。あきらかに最初に男性A店員が接客していたので、僕たちは忘れるはずもないが、最後までしらばっくれる。らちがあかないので、1時間3人で9000円ほど払ったが、明らかに後付けの説明等で残念です。最初に1時間で帰るのでその料金でお願いしますと頼んだのに、、、 Rip-off shop.
