平日でも常に列が見えます。
パンが選べるのも楽しみです。大抵ひまわりの種のパンを選びます。
どれも香りも良く美味しいパンです。
特にプンパニッケルが好きなので、こちらのずっしりとしたパンは大好きです。

素朴なのに旨味がじゅわっとくるプレッツェルもとても美味しいのでサンドウィッチと一緒によく頼みます。

ひまわりでなく、かぼちゃの種のパンを選んでみました。コロコロとした種でこれはまた食感が面白いなと(ひまわりより粒が大きいのでこぼれやすい)食べました。やはり美味しいです。

I'm looking forward to choosing bread. I usually choose sunflower seed bread.
All are delicious breads with a good aroma.
I especially like pumpernickel, so I love this chunky bread.

The pretzels, which are simple but have a savory taste, are also very delicious, so I often order them with sandwiches.

I chose pumpkin seed bread instead of sunflower. It was a lumpy seed and I ate it because it had an interesting texture (it's bigger than sunflowers so it's easy to spill). After all it is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サンドイッチが人気なようですが、パン購入しました。
平日11時過ぎに行きましたが、クロワッサンなどはなく、プレッツェル、チャバタなどは残り少なかったです。
パンが大きいのでカットでも買えますが、パン保存袋などつけて頂けるとありがたいです。すべて紙袋に入れてくれました。
日曜月曜休みなので今度は土曜日に家族でサンドイッチ食べてみたいと思います。
Sandwiches seem to be popular, but I bought bread.
I went after 11 o'clock on weekdays, but there were no croissants, and there were few pretzels and ciabatta left.
Since the bread is big, you can buy it by cutting it, but I would appreciate it if you could attach a bread storage bag. They put everything in a paper bag.
Since it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, I would like to eat sandwiches with my family on Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place if you like chewy bread, sourdough bread, or German bread. This might be one of the best bakeries here at Tsukuba (might even be Kanto area!). Their bread is definitely a gluten bomb, which is a good thing for me. Their bread has great structure and taste, and they're consistent in their product quality. Whenever I get their bread for breakfast, it's guaranteed you'll start your day great.
