★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友達と体験に行きました。腰痛が結構酷かったんですが、身体に触れただけで骨の歪みなどが分かって、それに合ったトレーニングをさせてもらいました！日頃の姿勢とか気をつけるポイントなども色々教えてもらって、気をつけるようにしたら前より腰痛が減りました！
骨の歪みも治しつつ身体も引き締められるように通いたいなと思います☺︎
