S	Silver skull on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日のディナータイムに初訪問。第6波の影響なのか？明るく広々とした店内に他の客はおらず終始貸切状態。実はコチラのお店、前から気になってはいたもののなかなか来れなかったのだが、フリーマガジン「モテコ」で串揚げ10本盛り＋ビールのセットが半額の1000円！というクーポンに誘われてようやく来られた。しかしながらオーダーの時にモテコのクーポンを忘れてきた事に気付く･･･仕方ないので気を取り直して串揚げ10本盛り＋ビールのセットを定価で注文。昔から揚げ物が大好きなのだが、最近は加齢のせいだろうか、あまり食べられなくなってきている。ところがコチラの串揚げは油が良いのかな？米油？油の匂いがほとんど気にならずとてもライトでもたれる感じがしないので最後まで美味しくいただけた。串カツソースがさっぱりとしていたのも合っていたのかもしれない。その他にカツサンドやヒレカツもいただいたが、どれも満足できる旨さ♪ 馬刺しには「自家製醤油」が付いてきて刺身醤油の様にちょっと甘めで相性が良い。牛スジ煮込みも雑味がなく丁寧な仕事ぶり感じ取れる。結果的にクーポンに誘われて来たのにクーポンを忘れるという失態を犯したものの、予想以上の良いお店に出会えたので、次こそはちゃんとクーポン持ってきたいと思う。 First visit at dinner time on weekdays.
