★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 六處神社からハイキングルート経由で河内城址へ向かう際の、大まかに中間点にある休息ポイントです。山の頂上付近にあり見晴らしがよい場所です。ここで休息してから河内城址へは坂を下り、また登りとまだまだ道が続くので頑張りましょうと気合を入れる地点でもあります。城址から帰る場合は、もう少しで出発点へ到着できるのであと少し・・と行きと同じく気合を入れる場所になります。グーグルマップの航空写真モードでズームで見ると東屋あたりをグネグネと道があるのがわかります。この道を歩くんやな・・とルートチェックの参考になります。
