土地柄か専門書等が豊富でよく利用させてもらってます。
まだ利用した事はないのですが、本のお取り寄せも出来るらしいので機会があれば利用してみようかなと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔は普通の本屋だったけど、今は学校指定の教科書メインで、少しだけ本を扱っている程度なんですね。昔からつくばに有る本屋さんでたくさんお世話になりました。
In the past it was an ordinary bookstore, but now it's about the school-designated textbook main, handling books a bit. I have been indebted to many bookstores in Tsukuba from a long time ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つくばに来た時は必ず立ち寄っていたのですが、数年ぶりに来たら改装中？でした。営業はしているのですが、返品できない本（岩波とか）と話題の本しか並んでいなかったです。
追記 2年ほど前に一度閉店して、その後縮小して営業しているようです。地元の人の口コミがないあたり、本屋は必要とされていないということでしょうか。残念です。
I always stopped by when I came to Tsukuba, but is it under renovation when I come for the first time in a few years? was. I'm in business, but only books that can't be returned (such as Iwanami) and popular books are lined up.
Postscript It seems that the store closed once about two years ago and then reduced in size. Does that mean that a bookstore isn't needed because there are no local reviews? I'm sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1990年代、筑波大の中にある丸善では買いにくいコミックスなどをこちらに買いに来ていました。
しっとりとした落ち着きのある書店という印象でした。
外壁の煉瓦のパネルがなんとなく大学の校舎を思い出させます。
時間帯によるのかも知れませんが、かつては行儀のよくない格好でお客の自転車が、出入口付近にとめらていた気がします。それが見当たらないせいか、商品の陳列が少なめになっているせいか……とてもスッキリして見えます。
In the 1990s, I came here to buy comics that are difficult to buy at Maruzen in Tsukuba University.
I had the impression that it was a moist and calm bookstore.
The brick panel on the outer wall somehow reminds me of a university building.
It may depend on the time of day, but I feel that in the past, the customer's bicycle was parked near the doorway in a poorly behaved manner. Maybe it's because I can't find it, or because the display of products is small ... It looks very refreshing.
