栃木県南のテラスハウス型のアパートはここが管理していることが多いのですが、対応悪いので気をつけてください。
本社は茨城のつくばだったかな。
管理はろくにしてくれませんし、してくれたとしてもかなり対応が遅い。
なのに、
お金の請求はしたたかですし、かなり悪評の高い管理会社です。
