こちらの要望を言っても、何度か言わないと物件の会社の方に問い合わせてくれないし、何かを聞いたとしてもはぐらかされることもありました。
私は初めての一人暮らしで、わからないことだらけだったのにも関わらず、親切そうな対応をして、話を聞いてるようで聞いてないです。
仲介役だから契約したら終わりという考え方で、全然こっちの立場になって物事を考えてくれていないのが伝わりますね。
仲介手数料だけは一丁前にとって、足元を見られたというか、もっと自分の意見を言えればと後悔しています。仲介役ってなんなのかもう少し契約する人の立場になってよく考えてもらいたいものですね。

For just one agency, I regret that I could see my feet or say my opinion more. I would like you to think a bit more about the role of an intermediary as a contractor.
