お蕎麦は太めの田舎蕎麦をチョイス。
細い麺もあるとの事。
とても美味しかったですが、お蕎麦が思ったよりも硬くて噛むのが大変でしたので★一つ減らしました。

今回、お酒が提供されるようになり、来てみたらサワーのコーナーに〇〇タワーと書いてある品を頼んでみたら本当にタワーでした。
最初は誤字かと思いましたが、結果美味しかったです。
ココのお店は騒がしいのがあまりいないため、落ち着いて食べられます。

幹事ではないので、店選びには一切文句言わない派ですが、銀杏串がなくて悲しかったです。
３時間半位の滞在で、アルコール、ノンアルコール混合、割り勘で一人５千円。コスパもまずまず。

お腹がすいていたので写真を撮り忘れました。
なので半分くらい食べたあとの写真です。
ちゃんと冷えていて美味しいそばでした。
つゆは、濃いめで少な目。
とろろはモッチリ優しい味。
店内は、ゆったりしていて、そば屋と言うより飲み屋の雰囲気です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ その日に打った蕎麦をそば粉の産地も店頭に明示していました。お蕎麦は（もり）腰があり美味しかったです。天ぷらも薄衣でさっくりして重くない感じでした。
以前は薄暗かったところがリニューアルされているようで、明るい綺麗な地下街になっていました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あざみの駅ビルにあるお蕎麦屋さん、自然薯と麦ご飯とハラミのランチを注文、肉も柔らかくて◎、ざる蕎麦も注文しましたが、お蕎麦は私好みで美味しかったです！
働いている店員さんが皆さんとてもいい方ばかりで、恐らく教育が行き渡っているのだなと感じました。こんなにも気持ちの良い接客をされるお店は中々最近見かけないので、気持ちの良い時間が過ごせました。
お茶なども出していただき、心遣いが素晴らしいお店です！
トイレは店内にあり、清掃もきちんとされていて◎
また、是非利用したいです！
